1. What is the monthly income I can earn by offering private lessons on the platform?
The estimated monthly income depends on the daily working hours. The more lessons you have in a month, the higher the income, which is 80% of the value of each lesson.

2. Can I continue working on the platform if my performance rating decreases?
The platform's policy encourages high performance. Accounts of instructors who receive low ratings multiple times will be suspended.

3. When are the payments processed?
Payments are processed on a monthly basis.

4. Can I reschedule a lesson if an emergency arises?
Yes, you can reschedule the lesson, but you must inform the student and get their approval. The student can then book a new lesson later.
However, instructors are not allowed to reschedule a lesson less than 6 hours before the scheduled time without the student’s consent. If no agreement is reached, the instructor must give 10% of the lesson fee to the student or provide a credit to the student's platform wallet.

5. How can I ensure my rights and physical and verbal safety?
The platform guarantees this by sending an agreement to the instructor, who must sign it. The agreement ensures that no physical or verbal abuse will take place while using the platform.

Can I choose between a male or female trainer?

Yes. You can choose between the genders of a male or female trainer.


Can I purchase more than one package?

Yes, you can purchase more than one package, for example, one package for English and another for mathematics.


Can I cancel a scheduled class in the event of an emergency?

Yes, scheduled classes can be postponed, but 48 hours in advance and a full refund will be issued.

If the change occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled class, you will receive a 50% refund.

If this happens within 12 hours of the scheduled class, the trainee is not entitled to a refund.


Can I reschedule the class in the event of an emergency?

If a trainee needs to change a class 24 hours before the class time, no fee will be charged.

If a change in class time is needed within 12 hours of the class time with the teacher's approval, no fee will be charged.

If a trainee needs to change the class time less than 12 hours before the class time, they must pay an additional 10% of the class fee.


Can I rate the trainer?

Yes, you can rate the trainer. Please note that the evaluation result will impact the trainer's performance.
